CAR Ministry

We are a group of mechanically-minded Christians who desire to serve
those in need in our community by using the talents and skills God has
given us. Some of us are trained professional mechanics and some are
not. This group is not a professional shop. We provide free labor and
discounted parts.

Oil Changes
Brakes (Pads, drums, Rotors, grease and bearings)
Routine Maintenance (belts, fluids, hoses, filters, batteries, starters and other
accessory parts)
Tune ups (including plugs, cap and rotors)

This ministry is designed for the financially challenged in our midst. Our
main goal is to help widows and single moms, who may not otherwise
be able to take care of their vehicles. We encourage others who have
means to use local reputable shops in our area and support the local
economy. We will gladly provide referrals.

You must have an appointment to have work done on your car. Stop by
the church office and fill out an application. Applications are due 9 days
before the first Saturday of each month.

We will need information about your vehicle to prepare for your service
so be prepared to answer a few questions about your vehicle (year,
make, model, engine size).

You will need to show proof of ownership as well as insurance coverage
to receive services.

We will be working the 1st Saturday of each month - location to be
announced.
